Converse Chuck Taylor II: Executive & Consumer Comms
While managing Converse's corporate communications account at InkHouse Media + Marketing, I led the launch of the Chuck Taylor II, the most significant product announcement for Converse in decades. This was the company's first release under Nike and it fundamentally reshaped the future of the business.
As part of this launch, I orchestrated a global media summit at the new headquarters in Boston, flying in dozens of reporters from around the globe. The result was a "break the internet" style launch which brought Converse back front-and-center. The Chuck II subsequently sold out globally.
